• We have the PRO version and have sent three monthly birthday mailings (ie Jan, Feb, March). EVERYTIME, we’ve double/triple checked the name of the list (ie Feb) and hit send and it sends to ALL. This is a big problem. If you don’t have sublists, this may work for you. ALL OF THE 5star reviews here do not use sublist.. It’s completely embarrassing and has cost us a lot of ‘unsubscribes’ (getting a birthday email when it’s not your birthday) AND we have coupons added that the entire database has been using though designed only for the specific birthday month.. Future scheduled emails also did not sent but we realized now it’s because the ENTIRE database of emails was being sent incorrectly AND did not show this. Sent emails was not showing in the dashboard or in campaigns so we had no clue that this 3rd erroneous time, that emails were still being sent. WHAT A DISASTER. DO NOT TRUST!!! COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. GOING BACK TO MAILCHIP WHERE WE CAN TRUST WHAT IS BEING SENT.. BUT HONESTLY, TOO EMBARRASSED AS A COMPANY TO SEND THESE BIRTHDAY EMAILS ANYMORE AFTER EVERYONE GETTING 3 MONTHS IN A ROW.. – WE HAVE 10+ YEARS OF WORDPRESS AND PLUGIN EXPERIENCE, & CODE – WE ARE NOT NEW TO THIS STUFF… SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF TROUBLE AND USE ANOTHER PLUGIN..
