Do not translate a specific site link

Hi, I have installed the plugin Transposh on my site, all ok.
I created two flags (ITA and ENG) in Banner.
in English that I included the link “www.MYSITE.it/en” while in the Italian “www.MYSITE.it”

When I click on the ENG website is translated correctly, but if I want to return to the version ITA does not work! It also translated the link “www.MYSITE.it” in “www.MYSITE.it/en” !!!!
How can I avoid this?
