• My client is loving that we can make her sidebar remain visible as users scroll down the page! However, on an iPhone (and presumably other small device widths) it doesn’t let one scroll all the way to the bottom of the sidebar, which for us is important since it would reveal the form to subscribe to her posts. I put 767px in the “Do not stick element when screen smaller than: ” option so it wouldn’t be sticky on phones and so smaller tablets also wouldn’t have this issue, but even after clearing my phone’s browser cache it’s still sticky and the inability to scroll to the bottom of the sidebar is still occurring. What can I do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • From what I can see right now, you did not put it in the plugin’s settings (or maybe not properly), it seems like it’s always active between 0 and 99999 pixels.

Would you be able to send a screenshot of the plugin’s settings to make sure it’s set correctly?

Sorry, I thought I had already sent the screenshot to you. You can see the scrfeenshot here: https://screenshots.firefox.com/5Ajg2ruNNSxaf3Yf/wingtipsha.com

I should add that it definitely saved the setting. I just logged into the site and checked the settings and the 767 pixel setting was there.

@senff, just checking to make sure you’ve seen my replies. Thanks for your help! Hannah

Sorry for the delay. I’ve checked the settings, and I’m not seeing anything wrong with it right now. From all the devices I tested it on, the sidebar is not sticky on smaller screens.

Are you able to check this on a different phone to see if it works on there?

Well, @senff, the delay itself must have been the fix! What wasn’t working when I opened that support thread, or when I checked it again the other day just before sending you my last message, looks great now.

Computers are weird sometimes. I can’t think of anything I did the last time I logged in beside resaving the settings.

Thanks for your time and attention. It gives me confidence in your plugin and your work.
