DO NOT SHOW IN MENU “DEFAULT IMAGE”

    I have transferred the website to another server and the plugin doesn’t show me the default photos … if I delete it and reinstall it, it’s the same – if I install new wordpress and install the plugin it works normally… unfortunately, I can’t I’ll set up the website again because it’s with news and the base is 30gb and 5gb,,,, can someone help?

    Hi @diogenis1971.

    As you wrote, Quick Featured Images is working on a fresh set up. That means it is working. If it doesn’t work after transferring your website to another server, I can imagine that something went wrong during the transfer.

    It is impossible to help you here in the forum. Nobody knows how you made the transfer, what happens during the transfer, and how your server is set up. There are too many unknown parameters to provide adequate assistance. I’m sorry I can not help you further.

    and for what reason when I uninstall and reinstall it has the same problem?.. the other plugins (which were also transferred) work fine, I can see somewhere inside the base, remove something inside the base so that in the installation again it becomes clean

    It’s not the plugin that doesn’t work, but rather the data that was probably changed during the transfer.

    Quick Featured Images just works with the data which are provided from WordPress. The plugin does not manipulate or change any data of a featured image.

    Investigating what happened during the transfer, find out whats wrong now and check why Quick Featured Images stopped working on your site is beyond the scope of this support forum.
