    Hello,

I decided to duplicate the check-out form billing.
This is what I should have (from Elementor point of view) :

This is what it really looks like :

Therefore, I do feel that your element is nice but if you duplicate it, it only show once. Could you please confirm?

2nd problem i’ve just found is for the checkout element, this is per default :

And this is what it looks with your element, it resize the creditcard logos :

How can we solve those issues?

    Thanks a lot,
    – Marty

    Hello, @martymcfly2015
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I can understand that you are having two issues with the Checkout Template. I have included my findings one by one below-

    1. I have checked the Checkout Billing form by duplicating it. The form is appearing perfectly on the Frontend. I haven’t found any issue there. Please check this screencasting for a better understanding. Since it is not appearing properly on your end, will you please try clearing the caches from your site and browser? If possible, try to check from Incognito Window. If there is no problem, Can you also please let me know for which purpose you are duplicating the Billing Form and trying to use it on the Checkout page?

    2. Regarding the Payment logo issues, can you please let me know which Payment Gateway you are using? So that I can check accordingly and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

Let me know if there is anything else that you need help with. Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit

    Hello,

    Thanks for your quick reply,

    1. I double-checked by clearing the cache of browser+website.
Nothing changed, the frontend do not show the duplicate checkout billing form.
    I don’t understand. ??

Regarding the “why?”, I’m duplicating this element because I want to separate the name/surname/telephone/email from the adress/post code/country.
Exactly like this checkout template :

    2. Regarding the gateway, I have “Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce”

    Waiting your feedbacks,
    Thanks a lot,

    Hello @martymcfly2015 ,

Let me clear this for you. Woocommerce doesn’t allow multiple checkout billing form. As we have used Woocommerce’s form and given the customization option duplicating the form and use it twice will override the entries. In short, you will not be able to use the form twice.

We have a additional checkout field module which can help you to add extra fields if you want. But this module is only available in the Pro version. You can check the documentation from here.

We have found the bigger image issue on the checkout page and already fixed it on our development branch. You will get the fix on our next update. Till then please stay with us.

    Regards,
    Benjir
