Do not send the form

Hello, I have searched the forum but no answer to help me solve my problem.
When I try to submit the form it stays “hanging around” forever. The form is not submitted and does not reach mailpoet.

+ Information:
– I use free mailpoet 3
– plugins updated: mailt poet 3, contact form 7 and this plugin
– error log: Invalid argument supplied for foreach () in /usr/home/mydomain.com/web/wp-content/plugins/add-on-contact-form-7-mailpoet/includes/class-mailpoet-cf7-submit -form.php on line 141
