    I put my email in the field,
    I click on the reset password button, but the email does not arrive.

    As a test, I deactivated the Youzify Plugin, and then yes, I receive the email, but when I reactivate the plugin, the email is not sent again.

    how can I solve?

    Hi @rjacques

    I will be happy to assist.

    Please do the following.

    1. Please install and set the WP Mail SMTP plugin, and then go to the Tools option of the plugin, and do a send email testing.

    2. Go to the Tools menu on your WP Admin dashboard >> BuddyPress >> Reinstall emails (delete and restore from defaults) >. Click the repair button.

    And then, please test again the Password reset. Please let me know if the issue persists.
