Do NOT Send Email If Category Is…

    I am using plugin version 1.1.18 and would like a Processing email to be sent if category = “xyz” but only if category <> “abc”. So, for example, if someone ordered a product with category “Pants” the email would send, but only if the product wasn’t also part of the category “Exclusive”. Is it possible to configure the email in this way?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Do you mean the parent and children categories? Like the “Pants” are parent category and “Exclusive” is its children?

    It is possible with our plugin, but not like a specific option to exclude category. Instead, you must choose all categories that the template is applied to in this rule: https://prnt.sc/O5ExRnRW4Pbh

    And the template will exclude all non-selected categories.

    This function is available in the premium version only.

    OK. Consider this a feature request then. It would be great to be able to use either AND or OR conditions when selecting categories (for example, Category = Pants OR Sweaters versus Pants AND Sweaters), and to be able to include a NOT condition (for example, Category = Pants OR Sweaters, AND NOT Discounted).
