sorry for the delay. That’s a weird issue. Can you activate the WP_DEBUG and see if there are errors?

I still do the submissions manually because the cron does not run.

Maybe you have some issue with the cron.
I suggest you to contact your hosting and ask if there are issue with the cron ( maybe are disabled ).
