“do not sell my personal information” clicked, but banner is still showing

    Received this from a client of mine. Seems that when “do not sell my personal information” is clicked, the banner is still showing with the option to accept or show settings. Can the banner disappear when a user opts out?

    “on the website – at the bottom is a pop-up about cookies, either “accept”, “settings” or “do not sell my personal information”, I clicked the “do not sell” and an additional pop-up came up saying “Are you sure?” I clicked “confirm” and then nothing happened? That pop-up is still at the bottom of the page. “

    If you have selected the type of law as both “CCPA & GDPR”, then the banner will be shown until the consent is given for the GDPR banner.
