@estyedel actually troubleshooting is possible only with your website or you help in reproducing the issue on our website. Another option is to check with the Hebrew language on our demo website, let me try that and then will confirm you.

@estyedel we have tried with same language, product name and price on our site as shown in the video. Since the issue could not be reproduced on our end, we need to check it on your site.

There is only one way which is safe and secure to help each other in reproducing the issue, either we provide you admin access to our demo website or you reach us through our demo request through the contact page mentioned above. Please reach us through the form so we can proceed testing for you with you.

@estyedel I am sorry we cannot ask for your website temporary login details and cannot encourage you to enter in our contact form. The best way to troubleshoot is to test it together either being on a call with screen sharing option or we provide you a dummy/test website access through your private mailbox. Like this, you can help us in reproducing the issue and we can fix it.
