Hello,

I have a form in a footer that is working nice (newsletter subsdription) : mails sent and messages ar ok.

I have on some pages some other forms (like contact). They’re working as required, mails are sent, except that Forminator does not display the thank you message (submit message is OK).

Both have exactly the same settings (ajax, …)

Any idea of what can be wrong ?

I hope you’re well today!

First things that come to mind without checking an actual form would be either cache or some conflict (most likely CSS or JS).

It would be best if I could take a look at this forms. Would you share link to the page(s) with those affected forms so we could test them?

I apologize for the delay in this thread.

I can see how the Thank you message is not shown. On the page source, the thank you message has no text in it. Please edit the form, go to the Behaviour tab and make sure there is some content added to After submission > Inline Message.

If the text is there, I see on your site, a JS error showing in the developer’s console which may affecting this:

Please export the form and share a download link with us. To export the form please go to Forminator > Forms > click on gear icon > Export, as shown in this screenshot:
