    Your plugin website sucks. You do not have a way for people to contact you. You are required by law in the USA to provide contact information when you sell something.

    I just got a renew in 7 days notice. I do not want to renew. I deleted the plugin almost 8 months ago because of the huge amount of issues with the plugin and how it interacted with my sites theme and other plugins…and how it slowed down the site.

    I do not use Paypal. When I payed for the plugin, I paid as a guest. You send out a no reply email about the renewal. This sucks.

    WTF is wrong with you? Don’t you think that you need to provide contact information for suppport and access to terms/conditions/privacy notices and billing dispute/non-renewal issues???

    Do not renew this plugin on my credit card. OR ELSE!!!!!! Karma Karma Karma Karma

    Hi BigDogSF – sorry for the problem, as Robert has mentioned you can use the “Contact” form, or the forums, or the helpdesk as a member, we will receive notice from all.

    Also, so that we can remove your account from the WPS website, let us know your username and we’ll remove the user account (the best way is probably via the contact us form).
