do not return funds

  • A month has already passed since the refund. The money never arrived at my account.

    They provided a screen for the transfer, I provided an extract from my bank and my bank confirmed that there are no return transactions.

    They do not want to solve this problem and do not respond to messages for a very long time.

    I am disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.`

    I tried to get my money back via paypal. No success either.

    I no longer deal with it. I lost enough money and time on that….

    We did refunds for all customers who asked during the period when we didn’t provide support. We located your account but can’t find a request for the refund! Could you contact us with your issue and proof? Thanks!
