DO NOT PURCHASE THIS THEME!!!

  • DO NOT! I REPEAT…DO NOTTTTTTTT PURCHASE THIS THEME. PLEASE TRUST ME.

    I only gave it ONE star because I can’t give ZERO STARS. I am writing this review about this theme because it does not function properly. I uploaded a header image while customizing my site and after uploading, there was a gray/dark tint over it. There is a checked box in the lower left corner that says “Disable Image Tint/Overlay”. After checking this box to disable the tint, there was no change. I rechecked it, then unchecked it again…still no change. I reloaded/refreshed the page, logged out and logged back in, tried a different image…I tried everything…still no change. I contacted the company to get help and the customer service was terrible. The response time is ridiculous. It took too long for them to get back with me to help fix this. After getting instructions from them on how to fix it, I told them I tried this route already and it still not working. I eventually got fed up and asked for a refund. They claim that they have a “Risk Free 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.” In their words, it says on their website “RISK FREE with our 30 days money back guarantee! If You are not satisfied with Our service within 30 days of purchase, all refund request will be honoured. The full amount of Your original purchase will be refunded.” I have been arguing with them for over 2 weeks trying to get my money back. This theme is trash. They are liars and should not be allowed to advertise their themes on WordPress because of their functionality issues, overwhelmingly TERRIBLE customer service and DISHONESTY in order to get sales. They claim it’s risk free but it definitely was a big risk and I wish I could go back in time and never give them a try. Complete garbage. Do not do it to yourself. There are plenty of companies that have GREAT themes and an actual PHONE NUMBER to talk to a LIVE PERSON if you should have any issues. PLEASE TRUST ME! DO NOT DOWNLOAD/PURCHASE THIS THEME. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

    UPDATE. This was a very angrily written review…in the heat of the moment type thing. I ended up getting my refund after some issues I was having but overall, this is a nice theme with unique design.
