• It does not work well, poor customer service, two support tickets for two weeks and no answer, I asked for a refund and no answer, too bad I did not read the reviews before I purchased.
    Use it only for small galleries, there is only 3 for free

    I had the same problem I talked to 2 different companies. Both of which sent me to the other. Total rip off. I was pissed for days. Worst of all I had clients waiting on me for photos and I could not get them uploaded to my website to give to them because of this!

    I have a Pro licence. On the begining I would like to say that I like the product. It works, lot of options, functionalities, etc.
    But I also agree with the poor support quality.
    I have opened ticket sice 1/8/2020, almost 1 year with no answer. 1/14/2020 I asked for updates, than I lost a patient.
    The ticket number is 2834 (Do not see more than 10 galleries), status is Open.
