Slow response from seller

I am updating this review as the product is great. Support needs some help. If you can make it past the support I HIGHLY recommend the plugin. I want to give 3.5 stars as the plugin is great. But I only have the option of 4 or 3.
I give the company regards for making my purchase right.
I purchased the 199.97 package. I did not receive email for setup. I put in a ticket. They asked the email I purchased with. I gave it to then as well as the purchase number and PayPal transaction number. No response since. I contacted the biller they noticed the email address was wrong. I provided that in the ticket still no response.
