• Absolute garbage plugin. Garbage company.

    The Free Version works okay. It’s limited, but functional. I upgraded to the pay version to get more layout features and all of the other promises that came with it. Suddenly I could no longer use the plugin in my footer widget. I went through forums and requested assistance. Instead of instructing me how to fix, the devs requested temp access…DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM. Learn from those that are dumber than you (read: me). After installing Temp Access and Audit Log I gave them 24 hour access. They sent me an email 12 hours later saying that it was fixed and that I should check it out. The idiots went in and simply turned off all my other plugins!!

    My site is an event planning site, I had just announced a new event for people to sign up and RSVP for. My TOTAL SITE WAS basically useless for almost 12 hours thanks to these garbage people. No idea how many potential users I lost. I couldn’t access my dashboard, none of my events were displaying, my FAQ…all of it gone! OH AND ON TOP OF THAT THEIR PLUGIN STILL DIDN’T WORK!!!

    I had to go in manually through FTP and delete their crap plugin in order to fix it. Thank God I at least knew how to do that. I checked the audit logs after getting back in and reviewed. They literally went in and went right down the line of my plugins and shut them off.

    When I requested my money back, they asked if I had a Paypal. Then THEY SENT ME A REQUEST FOR MORE MONEY!! Then they ghosted. Also the request came from a totally different company. I paid Weblizar and was getting a request for more money from INFIGO Software. As of right now, I’m still waiting for a refund.

    Everything about this company and experience screams scam. We need a negative star rating for craptastic companies like this one. Pretty sure, that instead of making a quality plugin, they spend most of their day avoiding angry suckers like me and generating fake positive reviews.

    UPDATE: They’ve completely stopped responding to my request for a refund. I’ve had to issue a chargeback through my banking institution. Awful lot of damn work for a little plugin that I just wanted to tie in my flickr account.

    Avoid these guys and their garbage like cancer, ‘cuase that’s what they are…human cancer.

    There was a minor widget issue and I think we have fixed it. Also, replied you.

    Weblizar…You have not addressed this user’s complaint. Hey is accusing you of abusing access to a live website…really pretty bad. A public apology at the very least to show you at least understand what you did wrong.
