    I wasted USD 99 on this!
    I bought Event Tickets Plus. Especially for the QR check out.
    After spending ages setting up, I discovered right at the end that the QR app used to scan the guests tickets is broken and non functional.
    I wrote to support only to be told that that although it has been non functional for over 1 year with many people complaining they had no immediate plans to do anything about it.
    CSS also breaks badly in many places.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m deeply sorry to hear that you are having problems with our premium feature, the Event Tickets Plus App.

    I understand the frustration, and I feel this there can be a bit of miscommunication about the plans. We have plans of improving the on-site event experience (with the App), but we’re working on higher priority features before.

    With regards to the comment about CSS breaking, please open a ticket on our support platform and we’d be happy to help.
