Do not open Messenger app

I have add the customer-chat at my webpage.
It works fine from PC in Firefox and Chrome.
But when I go to my Iphone and try to open the chatbox at my page it open a new FB in Safari and I need to login to FB.

Why did`nt it just load the messenger-app that I already had on my phone.
