Do not need this under parent category

Hi
I created a parent category named “Movie Reviews” but it is coming under another category named “New Releases”
FYI: in the below URL
https://tamilcinenews.com/category/new-releases/movie-reviews/I need only https://tamilcinenews.com/category/movie-reviews/ how do i change it? someone please help.
