Hi. There maybe a conflict with your theme. Please check if your theme has a built in gallery and if you can disable it.

Switch to the Twenty seventeen theme to rule out any theme-specific problems. If it is a conflict with the theme please contact the theme developer for support. Our plugin can only disable the built in Woo gallery.

Failing that please try to disable other plugins. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
