    Do not install this! it’s annoyance for sure. Synchronization between Woocommerce products does not work and then you are no longer able to delete the store on Facebook. Very frustrating!

    Thank you for sharing your experience with the Facebook for WooCommerce extension.

    Could you please confirm if you contacted our support team for assistance with the issues you mentioned? I’m asking because the extension syncs products as expected on 900,000+ active installations. Also, deleting the store is something you can do directly on Facebook and doesn’t require the plugin.

    To delete the store,

    • Go to your Business Settings on Facebook, and choose the Business Manager previously selected for the Facebook for WooCommerce.
    • Under?Data Sources, click on “catalog”, locate the catalog that’s associated with the Facebook for WooCommerce and click?Remove?to remove it, this will delete the catalog contents (please be aware of this). Then the page won’t be associated with this catalog anymore.
    • Finally, delete your Facebook shop following this guide.
