• In their FAQs they say “Yes we do! We stand behind the quality of our product and will refund 100% of your money if you experience an issue that makes the plugin unusable and we are unable to resolve it.”

    But they don’t honor it!!

    I bought the plug-in and immediately after purchasing found that the IG widget didn’t work, it even says “Due to Instagram API Update, Feed is not working now.
    We are Working to figure out the solution. Please stay in touch.”

    I chatted with them right away (an hour after purchase) to ask for refund. She said to write to support, I did. Then 3 more times in the next 2 days, then again through their online contact us forum.

    They do NOT respond and have not given my money back.

    Stay away!
