    Hello,

    How can I make sure that if I click on the cross, the popup is no longer displayed?
    I have activated the option to not display the popup anymore once the mail is entered and it doesn’t work, the popup is still displayed.

    Are you using our pop-up add-on or another plugin’s?

    do you have to take the paid version so that the popup no longer appears when you close it or when you register?

    If you don’t have our paid popup add-on then you are using a different popup plugin. Our Mailchimp plugin doesn’t come with popup functionality. Do you know what that plugin is?

    currently I use your plugin to display at the bottom of the screen as a popup to subscribe to the newsletter. but when you close it or register the popup is still displayed. your plugin does what I want or put this bug which still displays the newsletter popup. the website is covalem.fr

    You should submit a ticket with them.

    Our plugin doesn’t do popups, just the form.

    it’s not this popup, it’s the rgpd. click accept or decline. I’m talking about this popup at the bottom of the page.

    I am trying to help you, not fool you because our plugin does not do popups at all.

    I took another look at the specific code from the screenshot you listed, and the name of the plugin used is right in the code.

    It is an add-on for a different plugin than ours:

    Our plugin is not being used in that area at all.
