• They do not give refunds on the plugin – I bought right before the xmas break and installed the free version I could not really tell if it would work correctly with the other items that were needed on the site so I bought the pro version. The plugin did not play well with other plugin I had one that was vital to my theme since it was the break I did not have access to any tech support and my site had to launch by the 1st. I had to forgo using the plugin – when I asked for a refund I was flatly denied and told I did not read the fine print.

    On their site it says they have a 30 day refund policy but unless you click a small link to another page you do not see that it only applies to them not being able to get it to work. Not if the plugin does not function the way you thought from the online definition.

    I understand you’re unhappy with how this worked out for you.

    That being said, our refund policy is clear and I haven’t been able to replicate your problem yet.

    All I want is for you to try and help us replicate the problem according to our refund policy.
