• Using WordPress for the last 10 years and this is my first time giving a negative review to any plugin developer.

    I am a premium buyer of this plugin and the plugin is showing errors on the website also users are not getting shipping rates, Using this plugin for a long time, and It was working fine but now developers are careless. I have lost so many sales and customers. Contacting their support is a waste of time because they don’t bother to answer and are not updating their premium plugin.

    PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN, Instead buy Canada Post Shipping Method from WooCommerce’s official website. You will get good support and their code would be working properly.

    Sorry for your negative experience with the plugin and support.

    I see you opened a support ticket on www.remarpro.com three years ago but obviously it wasn’t resolved to your satisfaction.

    Were you using the plugin for the last three years knowing the plugin wasn’t working as you expected?

    If you have a subscription for the plugin, please let know the subscription number so I can ensure it’s cancelled moving forward.

    I sent an email to the email address mentioned on the contact page of your website. The support request email was sent on Aug 5th 2021. I got only 1 reply from your side asking me about my purchase email and the plugin version I am using. I sent you my purchase email and plugin version. I did not get any reply from your side after that.

    My website has been showing errors related to the plugin since that… The error is

    Notice: Undefined index: enabled in /homepages/34/d879156184/htdocs/websitename/wp-content/plugins/canada-post-shipping-for-woocommerce/canada-post-shipping-for-woocommerce-canada-post.php on line 68

    Your lack of response to my support request makes me feel like it is very hard to get a response. I am still using the plugin.
