    I bought the Personal Plan for this plugin. I have been struggling the entire day just to get it working. No success!

    I received the download link with licence key – however just to find out that the file downloaded is an un-readable file. Can’t upload to WordPress

    I have been asking for support. However no one has came back to me.

    I will never invest in WPForms again. Such a limited plugin. Everything is extra and when you think you have the Pro version their is an additional plugin you need to buy that doesn’t even work or has no support. If I can’t get this resolved or the support I require. I have to revert to using another form builder.

    Sorry for that please have in mind that it can take up to 24 hours to get a reply from us, i could be confusing you but looks like the first ticket that you created was 8 hours ago which was already replied. Also please have in mind that wp form is not affiliate with us in any way, this is just a plugin to extends its features so we need to charge for it to support its continuous development.
