• The plugin worked fine on a dev site, not pretty, but functional. I purchased the Pro Version for the actual website domain because I needed additional functionality. When I tried to add the code to the dev site to test the plugin, it said my code was invalid. I guess a separate code is needed for the dev site. I made several attempts to contact the developer, but got no response. I just wanted to load it on a dev site first so I could get it set up. I wasn’t willing to risk my money to purchase a second license for the dev site since the developer was non-responsive.

I requested a refund. A week later I filed with PayPal for a refund; however, I was not granted a refund. Trottyzone did send the same email they sent when I first purchased the plugin that included the license key, but did not address the issue of the invalid code.

I ended up purchasing the Check Out Manager Plugin from SkyVerge on the WooCommerce website. I wish I had found that plugin earlier. It works well and the developers have been helpful working through a few issues I had.
