Very poor support

I never recieved answer on my pre-sales question and bought the plugin, in the hope that it would solve my issue. I then had to trigger my technical ticket 3 times before they answered. More then 2 weeks to give me a sign of human life? And an answer with a question. And again, no more follow up. So I paid the price for nothing. My refund is now more then 2 months open.EDIT: Thanks to this review, the refund is handled in a few hours?
Everybody wants ticketing systems nowadays, but nobody cares about their tickets…
