    I had a project with a deadline, and adding the feed was one of the last steps. I had used CTX a few years ago successfully so I bought the Pro version and installed it.

    It would not produce a feed no matter what I did. It just gave a generic error message. I contacted support and they just suggested I try again without filters (Ummm, I did that before I contacted you!). I replied that I had tried that without success. Meanwhile, I installed another feed plugin that produced the feed I needed flawlessly and without issue. So when support got back to me (the next day) I asked for a refund. They refused, claiming they had the right to try to make it work. No, you do not have the right to waste more of my time trying to get it to work when I already have a plugin that’s working, especially since the CTX Pro website clearly advertises a “30 day no questions asked” money back guarantee.

    I have asked for a refund twice now, citing the refund policy on their website and they have flatly refused. Don’t buy from a company that won’t stand by their own posted policy. Obviously, the “30 day no questions asked” thing posted on their site is just a gimmick to get you to feel confident in a purchase.
