The free version is no good so I opted to do the paid version. More often than not it is not working properly but I continued using it anyway and worked around the issues. After a few years I decided to cancel and they are charging me for a year of service that I am not going to be using. I cancelled the service on the day it expires before the end of business day. When I asked them not to bill my card they ignored my question and when I asked them about a refund they ignored my question. Ludwig answered and sent me to their support page and still never answered about refunding me for something I am not receiving. TOTAL RIPOFF!
