DO NOT BUY if you expect support, Plus no updates in over a year.

This is probably one of the best looking sliders available for WordPress, particularly one of the best in terms of free sliders, unfortunately if something breaks you are pretty much on your own.

Tickets seat on their support dashboard unanswered or even acknowledged for weeks maybe months?

And this review is coming from a long time customer (who has purchased the extended support service twice) First time I needed support they basically told me to disable all plugins and figure out the problem on my own. I simply changed the design of the slider to be able to continue using it.

I then purchased extended support a second time hoping that perhaps the first time they were just short on people or that maybe things had changed, sadly I’m again experiencing a an issue with the slider not displaying properly on my site and my ticket has been there seating for 4 days without being even acknowledged, so yeah, don’t purchase if you expect support, you’ll be disappointed.
