• This plugin looked very interesting, so I gave them an access to debit my account for use free trial and I regret it very much!

The activation key doesn’t work, I contacted the support and rather than fixing the problem, they explain me that I have to put the key (who don’t work) to activate the plugin.

As after several messages to the support, I have only useless answers or a request for admin access to my website, I asked them to delete my subscription and they answer me:

Furthermore, please remember that you are on trial, and it expires on the 28th of August; on that day, if you don’t advise us in advance, the automatic renewal will take place and you will be charged at the price of the license you have choosen.

I feel like I’m talking to people who don’t care about my answers, who don’t want to solve the problem, they just want to withdraw the money for the subscription to a plugin I can’t use.

Now, since they don’t do anything on their side, I have to see what I can do to prevent them from withdrawing my money, I feel trapped!

  • We’re sorry you experienced issues with WordLift’s activation key: sometimes there may be conflicts with outdated plugins, that’s why we ask for an access to the dashboard to quickly identify and fix those issues.

Your account is always safe with us, you’re never charged without your permission and we provide money-back guarantee if you’re charged by mistake.

As per your request, your trial has been canceled.
