Do not allow contributor to see others unpublished posts

Hi. I run a WP site that allows others to sign up and become Contributors. However, given that role they can see all our unpublished (in progress) posts by others (such as our Editors/Authors) in the “All Posts” view and I’d rather not give away what we are currently working on or will be working on before they are published. Is there a way to use your plug in (we have it installed already) to do this? We cannot see a way but figured it was worth asking. Thanks!
