Do I need to upgrade to Premium for autocomment to work?

I have auto comment activated to post every 5 minutes but it’s not working. I have over 3,000 credits. I tested the manual comments and it works but the auto comment isn’t working for me. Do I need to upgrade to Premium for it to work?
