Do I need to pay to get product page fixed?

  • I can get everything in the WordPress theme full width to keep the site looking clean.

    However when it comes to the product page, I have no control over page settings. Therefore I’m left with a search widget and a comment widget.

    Do I have to pay the theme developers to fix the problem?
