Do I need this plugin with Lighsail?

    Hello,

    I have just migrated to AWS lightsail.
    My understanding is that Cloudfront and load balancing are packaged with lightsail.

    Do I need the plugin to activate Cloudfront. I don’t need any help with translations and polly. I know my wordpress will be faster with fewer plugins.
