Do I need this plugin?

    I am looking to replace the current woocommerce EU VAT Assisstant with the recomended alternative EU VAT Compliance. But the guidance mentions digital goods and physical goods and I am unsure if I really need the plugin on my site. We are selling online training which is undertaken via a site login so no products are downloaded or sent out to the consumer. Can anyone confirm this please?

    If your business falls under the VAT OSS regulations, then you could use the VAT Compliance plugin to collect and process the necessary data. If you’re not affected by such regulations, then you won’t need that plugin.

    The best person to ask would be your accountant. The answer is based on your business model, and the accountant will know if the VAT MOSS regulations apply in your case.
