thank you for your help. I downloaded WinWar, but still there is no difference. Do I need some kind of PHP scripting language software?
I was not able to put the information in the wp-config-sample.php file because I can’t open it.

Thank you so much for your help. I think I’m getting there. I opened it in Notepad and changed the necessary information like the instructions said according to the database name, username, and password on the server.
Now, after I load it to the server and open the index page I keep getting an error message. Would you mind going to https://www.blog.mountaininc.com to see the error? Thank you again for your help.

I thought I might add this question to my earlier reply. I’m using frontpage 2003 to publish. Do I need to remove the index.htm file. Or maybe copy everything from the wordpress index file to the index.htm file.
