Do I need Gütenberg plugin with WP 6.0 ?

    Hi, I am running WP 6.0 and am testing a FSE Theme : WOWMALL. When I activate it it asks for Gutenberg plugin.
    Is this useful or redundant ?

    Hi there, Gutenberg is active in WordPress Core by default. If you want to get the latest Gutenberg features that aren’t yet included in Core, you can install the standalone Gutenberg plugin.

    I’m not sure why your theme is prompting you to activate the standalone Gutenberg plugin, but I see you’ve already asked the theme developers directly to clarify over in their support forum. Since that’s the best place for your question, I’ll go ahead and close this duplicate, as it’s not a general Gutenberg issue.
