Do I need both?

I’m a tad confused. If I want to customise WordPress emails and alerts, and let users subscribe to any content, or to a specific post type and taxonomy, does that mean I need to get both “Better Notifications for WP” AND “Content Notify”, or is there an add-on bundle for “Better Notifications for WP” which allows it to do the same thing?
