Do I have to input address from your admin area?

    If your comfortable with code and you have the coordinates, then it can probably work.

    You can use this filter to make it search the data entered through Formidable Forms instead of the wpsl_stores custom post type. Just change the names of the used post type, and the meta fields that hold the coordinates data.

    Thank you very much for your answer. I do have all other coordinates. (address 1, address 2, city, state, country, postal code).

    If I change the name of the post type, do I have to hack into your code, or I just write some codes in functions.php and other files?
