I first noticed a problem with the plugin only working in Chrome, not Firefox or IE. I then went to other PCs and saw that it still wasn’t working and came back to this support area. I read up on the “Get Your Own Facebook APP Id: HERE” and followed the instructions, but am still having problems.

I don’t understand why I need to register as a facebook developer to use this plugin.

I followed the instructions but the plugin isn’t showing.

The facebook developer page says: “This app is in development mode” and “you can manage this setting on the status and review page”…

But when I go to the status and review page it says that it wants me to submit the application for review.

I would’ve thought this plugin would already have been ‘approved’ by facebook. No?

I can understand that I need my own ID for this plugin, but this plugin isn’t mine – it’s yours, you wrote the plugin.

I’m just another user with my own ID.

Could you please explain. As simply as possible.

Seems like it only works when I’m logged into Facebook, in the same browser session.

Does this plugin require all users to be logged in?

    Would appreciate some help.

    Hi Derrickr,

This is www.remarpro.com guideline to allow user use its own APP ID for this Facebook plugin.

And it’s depend on you to use default APP ID provided by us in plugin settings OR you can generate your own APP ID.

Plugin doesn’t required logged in same browser.

All you need to specify your “Facebook Page URL” and use default settings.

Let me know if any other assistance required.

    Kind Regards
    Weblizar
