I am trying to figure out how Gamipress gives credit for awards.

Let’s say I am using Ranks, and Rank A requires 5 comments, and Rank B requires 10 comments.

Does this mean that they have to leave a TOTAL of 15 comments or 10 to achieve Rank B? In other words, will they be halfway to achieving Rank B simply by completing Rank A?

And then there is this scenario: Let us say Rank C requires the user to visit 5 posts.

If a person visits the 5 posts in the process of leaving the 5 comments for Rank A, will they automatically get Rank C in the process of performing Rank A, but it won’t be awarded to them until they complete Rank B?

    Hi @jeremyers1

Every rank requires first get completed the previous one

This mean that if you have setup ranks like Rank A requires 5 comments and Rank B requires 10 comments user will need 15 comment in total

Imagine a reverse setup of this Rank A requires 10 comments and Rank B requires 5 comments, when user gets the first 5 comments trying to get the Rank A, accidentally he will unlock the Rank B

To prevent this, GamiPress always requires first the previous rank to start getting actions in count

    Hope it helps you

    Best regards
