Do backup restorations affect posts etc.

    I am using your wonderful plugin to move between my local env(Local by FlyWheel) and I am wondering whether I can have my live version with all the posts, info and content, copy that to my local environment, make changes and reupload without losing anything.

    Any suggestions and guidance more than welcome ??

    Thanks for using WPvivid Backup plugin!
    Our plugin has some compatibility issues with Local by Flywheel and we are working on it and it will be fixed in a future version.
    We recommend you to try it on the site created in WAMP and XAMPP.
