Do all post automatically appear in your blog?

  • New to wordpress. Trying to figure out why every post I make goes into my blog section. I tried changing the categories and it didnt work. I can get them separated on my sidebar with widgets, but when I click on My Blog (page section)..every post appears there. How do I pick and choose which posts appear ?
