    Hi,

I changed the DNS zone from cPanel to “QUIC.CDN” managed by LSCache & LiteSpeed Server.

    Emails are not sent anymore!

Before this change, email delivery was good. Fluent SMTP was working fine.

Now, emails are NOT being sent.

Are there any updates to be made? Like “SMTP Host” and “SMTP Port” or something else?

    The error message displayed is:
“SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.”

    Thank you, for your support,

    Hello there,

It seems like the credentials you are using are rejected from the server. Can you please try with a valid credential? You can contact your email sending service regarding this.

    Let me know the update.

    Thank you

    Hi, @amimulihsanmahdi,

The credentials aren’t changed. They are stored in the wp-config.php file.

Also, I should point out that I do not use any third party mail delivery service. I use my host’s email service.

The error message in Fluent SMTP was:
“SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.”

As the message says, the connection to the host probably failed.

    My infos aren’t changed :
SMTP Host : my domain name
    SMTP Port : 465

    Thank you,

    Hi, @amimulihsanmahdi,

I want to notice that Authentication & Auto TLS are enabled.

    —-
    Authentication
(If you need to provide your SMTP server’s credentials (username and password) enable the authentication, in most cases this is required.)
    —-
    Use Auto TLS
(By default, the TLS encryption would be used if the server supports it. On some servers, it could be a problem and may need to be disabled.)

    Hi, @amimulihsanmahdi,

    The issue is solved.
It was a routing email issue. It had to be set to “local” in cPanel.

    Thank you for your support.
    Best Regards,
