DNS Question, URL redirects to wp-signup.php

  • Hi,

    I’m running my WPMS site on an EC2 instance as shown here:

    live.site.com -> CNAME to -> internal.domain.com -> CNAME to -> ec2.domain.com

    If a user or search engine accesses “internal.domain.com” they are redirected to “live.site.com/wp-signup.php?new=internal.domain.com” but ideally they’d be routed to live.site.com.

    I’d like to hide internal.domain.com if at all possible, and setup robots.txt for the domain to block search engines. How can I do that?
