DNS Probe Error

  • I bought a domain from godaddy (wearedivergent.org) and tried to attribute it to my WordPress, which was healthpromind.com without pointing things correctly. Now, I’m having a hard time logging into my account and receiving a dns probe error. I need help getting my WordPress back to where it was.

  • In Plesk, you will need to set up healthpromind.com to point to the directory your files are in. I am assuming you are using GoDaddy for your hosting account so you may need to submit a ticket to them to do it.

    If you can log into Plesk, you will find this link useful: Rename domain.

    For your other domain you need to set it up to point to 212.227.41.229 (or whatever name servers your hosting provider gives you) and then do the same as above.
